Reading the official Liverpool Football Club website where a joint statement between Adidas and LFC was given indicating that the shirts currently for sale from Thailand are fake. I've seen some of them which are so bad they have the wrong crest, they use the one from the 80's.

If at all possible buy your officially designed shirts directly from the club as all the profit goes to help maintain this great club. The official shirts will not go on sale to the public until the 10th August (Home), End of August (Away) and September (Champions League away) 2006.

It seems that fake shirts are now on these shores, I emplore you to be careful, everyone likes to save a quid or two but how would you feel if you were to find out that the shirt you paid good money for was fake, the shirt designs are out now so be careful if you can but your shirt from Liverpoolfc.tv, if you can't pay that extra and get it from a recognised shop like Kitbag .com or JJB, don't let these chancers flood the market and catch out descent Liverpool fans.

Be honest would you really want to be seen in one of these fakes? No, me neither, if you support the reds you understand the beautiful game, show some of this intelligence and don't buy these copies, you won't be saving any money as you'll have to buy an official one when the quaility of the fake shows it true colours and either rips, shrinks or the colour runs.
