I thought 300 by Frank Miller was a fantastic film charting the legendary defence of Spartan by 300 Spartans led by King Leonidas.

The special effects showing tens of thousands of Persians being destroyed by the Spartans in a matrix style, but with my more gore, is simply remarkable.

Certainly worth a watch!
