Good Seller?

Have a look at their feedback. Are customers happy with the products and the speed of delivery? Were problems resolved in a professional way? There are now some cheap copies from the far East in the marketplace, so be careful.

Quick Delivery?

Make sure your seller is a UK based seller and have the item in stock. There are some sellers who 'Dropship'. This means they do not keep any stock and only order once you have paid them. The costumes are shipped by a 3rd party (usually in another country) and as well as causing a delay, you may be liable for Import Duty and VAT on top of the price you have already paid. Ignore any seller who claims they are not responsible for items lost in the post - they are!

Doesn't Fit?

Check that the seller has a returns policy that suits you. A business seller is obliged under the Distance Selling Regulations to accept returns. If they state NO RETURNS, you may want to think carefully before dealing with someone who has so little regard for their customers and legal responsibilities and demonstrates a lack of confidence in the products they are selling.
