For those who don't know Payperdrop (aka Work4 Ltd) are a reseller for DHL. In June 2007 I sent 2 parcels via these cowboys. Unfortunately 1 of these parcels was damaged by the courier. I am still waiting for compensation. Their customer service is shocking. Their last e-mail stated that they have never received a claim from me even though I sent it via Recorded Delivery and have proof. They no longer respond to my phone calls or emails. A Google search will reveal many similar problems from other customers. I only wish I had done more research before I used them.
