I want to warn you to AVOID this thieving high volume seller - looking at his substantial negative feedback I see I'm not the only one who has been ripped off and abused by him.

09-Jun-08 = Never received the item !!!

05-Jun-08 = Despite my chasing email, I still have not received the album. I paid 28/04.

03-Jun-08  = won item, then told "not in stock" why is this on ebay then?

26-May-08  = poor communication, not nice people

24-May-08  = very difficult to deal with, i will not be buying from these people again

23-May-08  = Item never arrived, seller implies i am a liar, AVOID

17-May-08 = I never recieved the items.

15-May-08 = I send item back on request, never heard anything, no mail, no refund, nothing!

01-May-08 = takes money, has no stock, ignores messages

23-Apr-08 = Paid for item, but never recieved

10-Apr-08  = Never got the record, never replied to my mails, BAD

30-Mar-08 = I'm out $125.18 for 2 CDs He kept my money no reply DO NOT TRUST

30-Mar-08 = Paid w/money order,and bank wire ($125.18 and no CD) DO NOT TRUST!!!

17-Mar-08 = Did not receive item. Emailed on several occasions, and did even get a reply

15-Mar-08 = Paid immediately, but 9 days later no DVD and no reply to 2 e-mails. AVOID

12-Mar-08 = Paid for DVD in January Seller received payment in Jan, Now 12March still No DVD

28-Feb-08 = ni envoyé ni remboursé ! du vol !!! contact zéro ! REMBOURSEZ-MOI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

26-Feb-08 = all your negs are for the same thing...YOU DON'T SEND WHAT U HAVE BEEN PAID FOR

25-Feb-08 = ABUSIVE, THREATENING, LYING, STALKING, LAW BREAKING CONMAN

The above example are just some of the more recent negatives this seller has received - please check them all out and you'll see this isn't a man you want to deal with! His pattern is to claim payments haven't been recieved and then to abuse the buyer with threats, intimidation, name-calling, and lies, or otherwise to totally ignore your efforts to solve the matter.

I posted a cheque via Recorded Delivery of almost £40.00 (which is a lot of money for me) to receive 4 CDs  - The cheque was received by the seller, as I checked with the P.O. - the cheque was CASHED out of my bank account by the seller - but no goods were ever sent to me.

To make this worse the seller continued to send me very abusive emails in reply to my queries, or sent me blank emails, even after a dispute was opened by me in ebay - the seller initially emailed to say the cheque had been received and was waiting to be cleared, then he said he'd NEVER received it at all, after this he became VERY abuse saying he'd never cashed the cheque, even though the money has gone from my bank account! He wrote very nasty things about me and is a VERY bad man.

I reported him to ebay but as usual and as typical of ebay they take no action whatsoever to protect buyers - so this evil seller is laughing as he's pocketed my cheque (and other buyers money too) without sending goods.

I've since reported him to the police for theft as what he's done is a crime - I feel that ebay has helped him do this as they haven't helped me one little bit to recover my money or to punish him.

If this seller rips you off PLEASE report the theft to your local police as ebay will not help you!

SO PLEASE BE WARY WHEN DEALING WITH THIS SELLER - HE IS A BAD BAD NASTY MAN!! And he will only do his best to ruin your feedback record with name-calling and email abuse.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

(After this experience I won't be buying from ebay again as they give no help to ripped off buyers whatsoever, which is totally disgusting)
