Spider-Man's first appearance was in Amazing Fantasy 15 (pictured above).   The series was cancelled at with that issue, but due to the response Spider-Man was relaunched in Amazing Spider-Man 1 (pictured above) in 1963 and is still being produced today by Marvel Comics.
