Art Deco Lalique

Glass/Art Glass/French/Art Deco Lalique

Under this or simmilar caption you can often find very recent low quality imitations of pieces originaly made for H. Hoffmann / C. Schlevogt companies in 20ties and 30ties in Northern Bohemia, Czechoslovakia. The famous names of original authors as F. Pazourek, A. Plewa, H. Hoffmann, etc. are hidden under the discutable term "Lalique influenced" what is very unfair. For more details see please web pages glass-originals.cz and web pages desna-glass.cz

Everybody who has visited Prague, Czech republic could discover that term "rare" used in description of piece is mendacious and at eBay offered pieces are overpriced.

Some examples:

Original:
Name of vase "Small Grape Harvest";  Design: Frantisek Pazourek;  Produced since: cca 1930
