If anyone is thinking of buying the Seat Cupra R front splitter to fit to their Audi S3 then please think twice. Two good reasons why not to buy this part on ebay: 1) Cost - Part is alot cheaper direct from the main dealer (£20 +VAT); 2) Looks like a bodge when fitted - The splitter is designed to fit under a horizontal level surface. The S3's surface is not level so the splitter will always look wrong. Splitter cannot be secured in the centre portion (you have to cut the Seat's fittings off) so it soon starts to flap around. The ends of the splitter need to be extensively trimmed at a compound angle which is impossible to get right so looks naff and then has no fixing points to secure it in this section. People like 'goingfast' in Germany are ripping people off on price for this part and misleading you to think its easy to DIY fit. Be warned, steer clear of these people. They ripped me off, please don't let it happen to you.
