CHECK LIST :-
- Use Ebays new FREE POSTAGE search for easily seeing the Total Cost. Alternatively add the sale price to the Postage Cost for a Total when making comparisons.
- Learn from previous Buyers - Check the Sellers FEEDBACK and DETAILED SELLER RATINGS. Ebay supplies these figures to enable you to easily find The BEST SELLER.
- Don't be Fooled - Check the ITEM DESCRIPTION thoroughly - You may think you are about to buy a Filled Beanbag but it may be just a COVER ONLY.....BEWARE !!
- Do Not just look at the Picture and decide to Buy - Pictures can be misleading especially when No Model is used - Check Sizes given in ITEM DESCRIPTION to see the TRUE SIZE - RE-CHECK the Claimed Sizes upon Delivery as it is not uncommon for sellers to Exaggerate Sizes. Refer to Feedbacks given for clues :- "Better than Picture" is preferable to "Not as good as Picture"
- Check RETURN POLICIES carefully - a RE-STOCKING FEE is charged by some sellers.
- Make sure your beanbag has BREATHER EYELETS fitted where necessary - these allow air to release from the bag safely, without breather eyelets fitted on larger beanbags there is a high risk of seems splitting under the pressure of you sitting or lying in it.
- DELIVERY TIMES - check sellers FEEDBACK to see from previous Buyers the Actual Delivery times taken - Some claim to be Fast as they DO NOT Make To Order when in fact they take much longer to deliver their "Off the Shelf" products.
- Most professional sellers have other outlets - EBAY is BY FAR the cheapest place to Buy.
- Make sure the Beanbag has been Manufactured in accordance with BS 5852, The Furniture And Furnishings (Fire)(Safety) Regulations 1988 - Buying from a Professional Manufacturer should ensure your Beanbag is Safe.
- Buying a Cover Only ?.. be very careful. There are Covers Only listed from non-UK sellers which will not only require you to buy loose filling once you get it, but May also need a schedule 3 interliner to conform to UK regulations which exist for Your Safety. A cover will need to be manufactured from Fire Retardency treated fabric to Not require a schedule 3 interliner.
