BERGPFEIL - danger of death - recall : eBay Guides

Letters dated 19th November 2008 went out from Bergpfeil stating :

"There is a danger to life"
and
"Not to use any more"

Relates to Bergpfeil baby carrier of type V1033, V1011, V1022, S07, S08, TS08 and T1 to T999

I bought my baby carrier on eBay before September so they must have sold loads between then and now.
There is no contact number on the letter but they will (according to the letter) refund the price of the carrier and make arrangements to collect the item by Parcel Force.
