I sold an item to a buyer not so long ago and when i went to post it i found that the address was deleted in ebay and then paypal, i only send to address in paypal as i was bitten once and never again!! anyway , i contacted the buyer and kindly asked for the address to be rectified as this is paypal and ebays policy , she told me it was not deleted ,, but what i saw were stars and part of a post code ,, i refund the person and explained why as i don`t want to be conned , she brought the same item from another of her account and because of her behaviour and manner in which way she had acted i refund her and said that i can`t deal with her ., as  she had been abusive and rude to me and i felt deep down that she would claim her money back saying she had not received the item ,,now i thought that you were not allowed to delete the address in ebay and paypal that this was against the rules,, so i contact ebay and paypal but because i had refund her they saw no problem and just wanted to turn a blind eye..i get sick and tired of ebay and paypal siding with con persons,,i am sorry but they do exsist on ebay and its not fair on decent ebayers who are offering a service or just trying to make their way.. so i advise that hey this does happen and yes its ignored,, but the more that people report incidents like that then maybe ebay and paypal will start listening more to us honest ebayers who just want hassle free transactions,,i have had a few people who had dealt with her contact me and ask for help but hey i don`t know ,, all we can do is stick together and hope that we can one day trade with peace and reasurance..
