I RECENTLY HAD A VERY UNFAIR TRADING EXPERIENCE WITH A BUYER, WHICH RESULTED IN NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR ME:
I PRIDE MY LISTING TO BE AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE: ON A RECENT LISTING I WAS VERY UNFAIRLY BROUGHT TO TASK BY A BUYER WHO INSISTED I HAD LISTED THE ITEM IN QUESTION AS REAL SHEEPSKIN - I DID NOT: WHAT I DID DO WAS LIST THE ITEM AS REAL SUEDE:
I OFFERED THE BUYER A FULL REFUND FOR AMOUNT THEY PAID, THIS WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND THEY INSISTED I PAY FOR POSTAGE TO RETURN ITEM TO ME ALSO: I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS BUT AGREED AND ON THE BASIS THEIR RETURN POSTAGE MATCH MINE: POSTAGE AS MANY OF YOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCED IS A HIT OR MISS EXPERIENCE AND IT ISN'T ALWAYS POSSIBLE TO GUAGE PROPERLY: ANOTHER AREA OF BUYERS COMPLAINT:
AS THE COMMUNICATIONS WENT ON, THE BUYER WAS INDIGNANT I HAD FALSELY LISTED AND I NATURALLY GOT ANGRY - THEN I JUST DECIDED TO LET THE BUYER KEEP THE ITEM & REFUND - THEN I NOTICED THE FEEDBACK - I WAS AND AM GUTTED !!
