They will never give you explanations for questions, Very Poor Customer Service.. Because they think your handling Fraudelent transactions  they place your funds on hold and they take so long to refund so you have your customer's onto you wanting there money back, fair enough but  you cant do very much as the account becomes limited, and in the end you will usually end up with Negative feedback, or if you have just dealt in a number of transactions you could have all your ebay priviliges suspended, Is this fair, Im not sure???.. This is exactly what happened to my friend... Basically just try to avoid PayPal in any means possible as PayPal is not as good as it is made out to be!!!
