Beware of seller    visreal22              Hi, I am a perfume retailer and pride myself on my feedback and customer loyalty. So when  my mum asked me for a estee lauder pleasures i didn't have it in stock, and my suppliers didn't either. So i contacted this seller who is based in Florida. After seeing she has sold thousands i thought it must be fine. I emailed her first to confirm item is genuine. She confirmed it was, i still have the emails. So i placed my order. When the product arrived after 2 weeks, i opened the box and immediatly reliased the item was a fake. Terrible quality box, printing of writing smudged, and bottled had leaked.  anyway i started researching the seller and checking all feedback. I was not surprised when i found so many mutually withdrawn feedbacks.

So i contacted her and said i was reporting to ebay and wanted a full refund. Which she did within 2 days and pretended not to know it was fake. lol . Then i decided i was going to leave negative feedback so other people would be aware .

Anyway this seller then left me negative feedback saying i had never contacted her and that she had given me a refund, so how stupid of me to try and tell others, to help stop their money going down the drain!  i have all the emails stored of when i contacted to complain

Then she sends me a mutual withdrawel request, so that i can get my feedback to 100% again.

I feel i have been blackmailed into withdrawing my warning to others. And people like this seem to have no consciense.

Oh yes and i did not and would not ever sell the fake on. it went straight in the bin, where it belongs. Also i would never source a product from abroad ever ever again, Will be sticking to our trusted U.K suppliers

firstly                          How did she give me a refund if i hadn't contacted her?

secondly                    she gives cash refunds, to people who discover the item is a fake! i take it

thirdly                       she gave me a refund too , how many people have had refunds and then not been able to leave true feedback, because of the threat of being left negative feedback by the seller.  who is truly at fault

I will contact ebay and raise these issues, anyone who has had this kind of experience please lets do something about it.
