I bought a Bumble & Bumble powder hair spray from the 'leading ebay seller for Bumble & Bumble haircare' earlier on this month & really do regret it after the customer service I received!
The seller was American & I am from England, so did need to pay with Paypal, but after I won the item, my Paypal account got frozen! For no reason, might I add, Paypal confirmed this when I spoke to them on the phone. I contacted the seller straight away & explained the situation, telling them that I will try to sort out my account asap or if it came to it I would pay using a friend/family member's Paypal account.
They came back to me with a quite cold message, telling me to use Bidpay. I do not know what this is & after my problems with Paypal, I decided not to. I kept them informed regularly of the situation, but everytime I did, they sent me back a message (twisting the situation) accusing me of things, when all I had done was be polite & fully explain the situation.
10 days after the auction ended, I paid using a family member's account, but unfortunately all I could do with it was send an e-cheque - not my choice. Straight away I received a rude message from the seller & then received negetive feedback! All for paying for the item, if I hadn't of paid, I wouldn't of received it! They told me that they couldn't be bothered to wait for the e-cheque to clear, so cancelled it. They say that they accept Paypal & it is their preferred method of payment, so they can't exactly turn down payment really can they?
So I won an item, paid for it 10 days later (which isn't really that long, especially considering the situation) & then the seller changed their mind & cancelled my payment & left me negetive feedback. They also sent me a message with alot of abuse & blocked my ebay messages to them!? I am a seller myself & I have accepted cheques 10 days after the auction ending without tearing the cheque up, posting it back & leaving the buyer negetive feedback. I regret ever paying for this item, because if I hadn't, my 100% feedback probably wouldn't have been ruined.
In the dispute that was open for this item, the seller was extremely abusive, which was unprovoked & unnessicary:

This is the abuse I received for paying simply, it has caused me alot of distress & I belive it to be undeserved. I am a decent & honest ebayer who had 100% feedback, before I was unlucky enough to have come across such a digusting seller. My advise to you, is to avoid media-mover aka SD Haircare at all costs, this could happen to you & probably would happen to you judging my their feedback & the fact I had done nothing wrong. I'm sure there are alot better seller's out there selling Bumble & Bumble, don't risk buying from this one!

I feel the need to add on that the above seller has decided to add on lies to the already false feedback they left me, stating that the e-cheque that I sent them was 'fraudelant' & that 'ebay & paypal advised them to cancel it', if it was so fraudelant, then how come none of the other 10 seller's I paid at the same time have even complained? They then decided to send me another 5 messages on the dispute with just as much abuse & then after I closed it, they decided to send me 2 messages (which were again completely unnessicary) with yet more abuse. This seller has harrassed me with vile abuse & deliberately tried to damage my ebay reputation, all over paying the only way I could, as soon as I could & simply not standing for the abuse I received without just cause. All I can say is that this seller is a physcho & simply does not care about anything but money & dishing out undeserved abuse. They cannot put together a sentence without using at least one insult, maybe because what they are saying is pathetic? They also told ebay that I harrassed them & threatened them into withdrawing the feedback! All I said was that the feedback was completely undeserved & that I expect it to be removed! I would strongly advise you to avoid this seller, as after there is no need for any communication, they will continue to harrass you. It is simply not worth attempting to buy from them, although they apparantly are a busy business which sells constantly, they find the time to harrass you & cannot afford to be patient, they expect payment within 2 days & if you pay after that (for any valid reason) you will receive negetive feedback, or they will try to bully you into paying with another method. I would say that bullies are rare on ebay, but this seller is definately one, I suggest you don't encourage them by buying from them. They will soon realise that a little customer service goes a long way! The cons simply outweigh the pros when risking dealing with this seller!

I cannot believe I am actually having to write an update on this over a month after the guide was created, but the seller has continued to harrass me! They sent me a message which was a copy & paste of the unfortunate feedback I have received from sellers (including them) completely out of the blue. This is truely the most physcotic seller I have ever come across, continuely harrassing me, even when they were in the wrong in the 1st place! I would strongly suggest more than ever, that decent & honest buyers avoid this lunatic! It seems that they will never be shook off, they have 21 negetive feedbacks & most likely plenty of neutrals & withdrawels & I would bet money on those buyers being harrassed to, simply for this loser's pathetic fun. I truely believe that this seller cares more about harrassing innocent people for fun, than selling & having customer service. If I lived in America, I would be very scared, as this seller would have my full address & contact number etc. So please please avoid this seller, especially if you live in America, for your own safety. And for everyone, you do not want to risk going through what I have been through with this digusting seller, media-mover.

I recently received many fake bids from this seller using a fake account. They bought all my buy-it-now items & bid on all of my other items, winning most of my items. They then left me negetive feedback straight away for all of the items dispite them not paying for a single item. All of this feedback was of course false. I received messages from many decent & honest ebayers who read this guide & realised what was going on. They alerted me of this problem, which I am very grateful for, so thank you everyone who helped. I am now too scared to sell anything on ebay anymore simply because of this bitter & spiteful seller who has continuely harrassed me. Once they left me negetive feedback, many other ebayers joined in & judged me on that. My ebay reputation is now damaged due to that seller & all because I done my best to pay & sent an e-cheque. I hope for all the decent & honest ebayers' sakes, you avoid this cruel & physcotic seller. I also recently received a message from another buyer who has unfortunately dealt with this seller, they have given me permission to show you their message, as it is your right to know what this seller is like so you can choose to avoid them;
Regarding seller media-mover,
I along with other members have been sunjected to this seller's rude/obscene/offensive emails and feedback. You can do what we've done, report her to ebay, there's a feature where you can report such a problem. I also found out that this seller is not an authorized retailers of bumble&bumble products, the company told me so. Agian, PLEASE email B&B to both emails given, also, you can call and report it as well. I believe once enough complaints have been issued, B&B will have to contact ebay about this.

I hope that you have found this recent information useful. Please do contact this buyer if you would like confirmation that they are a genuine buyer & has experienced problems with media-mover.
