Beware Postage and Packing from  Sellers registered in the UK or registered in another country but offer Royal Mail Postage!! -  but ship in your item/s from abroad

I have recently noticed when looking at goods on the UK ebay site, that there appears to be sellers who offer Royal Mail shipping or even Sellers Standard; this can be FREE or at a very high price, but when you look further at the item description this states that goods are sent to the buyer from abroad; Hong Kong etc. or it does sometimes state shipped from one of our overseas logistic centres - What are these???? 

and also the buyer is responsible for all import taxes/duties!!!!!!

Just a note ensure you read the item descriptions very, very carefully and if unsure ASK QUESTIONS, if the seller does not reply, then I would recommend caution.
