Beware of RingLovers: don't deliver, leave bad feedback : eBay Guides

Ringlovers is a site based on eBay.com but accessible from eBay.co.uk, which is how I came to make three purchases from them at the same time. The goods never arrived. I wrote to them several times and they tried telling me that the parcel was stuck in UK Customs;. not for this length of time, it isn't. So I raised a dispute for non-delivery. Ringlovers claimed to PayPal that because they had the number of the despatch note, this proved delivery (of course it doesn't). Now I've just found out that they left negative feedback for me - while the dispute is still open. Fortunately, eBay wrote to me saying that they'd investigated the negative feedback and removed it (thank you, eBay) but this is a warning: don't deal with this bunch of sharks.
