Black Lace has been slated by so called Music critics. The TV program
Spitting Images took the micky out of them and in 2003 Q Magazine voted “Agadoo”
as the worst song of all time. Why then are they so popular and this particular
album such a hit – because it does exactly what is says on the label Action
Party. If you want to inject some life into a party – stick this album on. Yes
you are going to get a couple of moans, but you will get more people up and
dancing – because its Party music and its fun
