Block Non Paying Bidders! Very Easy!!! : eBay Guides

To STOP the non paying ebuyers just go to your 'My Ebay' and on the left panel select ' Preferences'.

Then click on EDIT and.....

• Block the people without credit card on their file
• Are registered where you do not post too!
• Have a feedback of lower than -1
• And have recieved 2 upaid strikes to their name

This helped me cut out almost all of the nigerian scammers and people who are just bidding for 'fun'.

Follow the guide and it should put a stop some of these non paying ebayers.
