They also detail their website in the listing, so you can buy direct (usually for around $5)

As with any DVD's that haven't been released yet, they are not genuine

Not only that, a scam could be in operation

Check : Do they request payment by credit card and not Paypal?

They will almost certainly obtain your credit card details and try to deduct large sums $500 - this has already happened to someone (you will not get any DVD's either) just a hugh credit card bill and likely no come back from the credit card company as you did disclose your details

If you have purchased any recently either on Ebay or through their website, ring your credit card company straight away to check how much has been authorised (can't list their current website due to Guide rules but it changes, as does their User ID each time they list the above items)

If you see these on Ebay, please report them straight away and Ebay will remove the listing thus preventing fraud and prevent further Ebayers from loosing out
