Hello, just a few things I have learnt over the years on ebay

If Louis Vuitton (you can find there official website, by going onto any search engine), is selling a bag for £750 then why are the same "authentic" bags being sold for  £100 on ebay?? Because they are as fake as my hair colour thats why !

If the item is in the style of the designer eg. Burberry style bag, then its not authentic and you are probably going to a checked  beige bag, that you can pick up at any market for a couple of quid.

Louis Vuitton do not sell leather -look bags.If the seller lists it as man made when it should be leather, alarm bells should ring.

If you had bought a £700 bag would you then sell it starting at £5.00 with no reserve ? Again those alarm bells should be ringing

Most big designer names run their own branch to prosecute sellers of unauthentic items, so if you buy a bag/belt etc. and its stated as Louis Vuitton,Burberry,Gucci etc. and its a fake, then its well worth getting in touch with the company involved, if you get no help from ebay ( and in my experience dont hold your breath).

A couple of years ago I had my ebay account taken over, My password and email address were changed, it took ebay nearly 2 weeks to sort the problem out, in the meantime the hackers set up a fake paypal account (i.e. the money going to them not me), in my ebay user name and listed 15 designer bags starting at low prices with no reserves. I knew that these buyers were going to be left without money or goods as I certainly didnt have the goods to give them, but was totally helpless as I couldnt get onto my ebay account to close the auctions and ebay were too slow to take action, so these people made a LOT of money ripping off  honest ebayers. The moral to this is check feedback if a seller, sells occasionally (like me) nothing expensive just from a clearout once in a while then why all of a sudden are they selling lots and lots of designer gear ? Have  a good check before you buy and if your not happy dont go near it.

If you are going to spend £700 on a bag is it really worth taking the chance that its a cheap copy when you could probably get one from a reputable outlet for not much more ?

So my advice

If your not 100%  sure its real dont bid !
