With the expansion of the 2.4 GHz systems for use with RC Models, beware the EBay sellers from outside the UK.

Now that the new JR X9303 is out and available in the USA, there is a good possibility that the Spektrum DX6 & DX7's that have been bought previously will soon be up for sale on EBay as the owners start getting the X9303.

This, however, leads to a problem.  In the UK we have to abide by the European regulations on RF Power, in the USA they abide by the FCC regulations which allow them to run higher powers than Europe.

A case in point, the German distributor had to have all of his DX7's reprogrammed when he first received them from the USA as they were all illegal ! EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD THE CE MARKING !!  This error has been published on the main USA distributors website.

So be careful when bidding on 2.4 GHz systems from the USA as you could well be bringing in illegal equipment.
