Do not buy a PSP from anyone on ebay that will not accept Paypal. I did. I should have followed my gut reaction and shouldn't have done it , but did and 24 working days later have parted with £105.01 in the form of a postal order, have a very dissapointed son and no PSP and no come back.

The police can't do anything, ebay can't do anything because it's not a paypal transaction, trading standards can't do anything except suggest you issue a letter to the seller ( thats if the address is legitimate, because the phone number wasn't!!) giving them 7 days to either come up with the goods or a refund and threaten to take them to the small claims court. I, personally, don't think there is much hope of getting my money back or of recieving the goods.

But if by writing this I can stop other genuine people being caught by these rogue traders then I will be happy.

Good luck.
