Quick guide this one...

If you are buying  a remanufactured IPAQ (or presumably other equipment) from HP, be VERY wary and confirm in advance that they actually have the equipment.

Unlike most sellers, they seem to list items on auctions without actually having the stock in hand - and don't communicate this until the purchaser has paid for the item.

So, if you buy from HP, expect a VERY POOR customer experience. Communication is poor (i.e. they do not respond to queries at all).

After leaving negative feedback for HP, I have been contacted directly by 3 buying in the past few days telling me of similar stories.
