This is just a cautionary note when purchasing Jo Malone Fragrances....in fact it this covers any fragrance advertised as used.

perfumes have a sell by and use by date and when they have "gone off" they smell like alcohol and are quite vile and will smell nothing like the original fragrance.

If a bottle is not sealed as with some of the older Jo Malone bottles this will happen quicker and although buying partly used fragrance is a great way to buy for yourself please be very cautious especially when fragrances like Jo Malone command quite high prices.

You could get stuck with a very expensive glass bottle with worthless contents.
