Cambridge Diet/Lighter Life : eBay Guides

I have seen on Ebay that many people are selling the cambridge diet and lighter life diet's.  Please let me inform you that you have to be very carefull when taking this diet as it is very low in calories. You need the support of a cambridge dietician who are fully trained and will take you through the diet and lead you in the right direction.

If you are any medication you will need your doctors consent to take this diet as you could cause yourself to have a reaction against any medication that you may be taking, also the diet is a lot cheaper if you go to a cambridge counsellor. You could save as much as £20 - £30.  I have just started to take the diet again after losing 42 pounds so it does work but why pay the prices that they are asking on ebay as you are only lineing their pockets and you have no support if anything goes wrong or you have any problems.

So please read this and don't buy the cambridge diet off ebay you could cause yourself serious damage if you take this diet for a long period of time. You are only supposed to take the sole source for four weeks and no longer.  So if you are thinking that I'm a cambridge counsellor or I'm employed by the company that makes these diets you would be wrong.  So do yourself a favour don't damage your health go to a counsellor get the support, save yourself a lot of money and lose the weight safely.
