I have been on this diet since the beginning of March 07 and have lost 4.5 stone . The shakes, bars,soups etc as at Nov 07 cost £1.80 each from a trained Counsellor !!!!! I thought i would look to see if i could buy some cheaper on E bay as it does get expensive every week . All I can say is I am amazes that people are willing to pay over the odds when they can get them cheaper from the supplier !!!!!. I will bid but not over the price i can get them for .
