A note of caution regarding this diet.
If you intend to follow this diet then you MUST do so through a trained counsellor. It is a good way to lose weight but there are medical issues that need to be addressed first as it is a very low calorie diet. In many cases you need to get your GP's approval to start this diet. BE WARNED: VLCD's can have serious repercussions on your health and you should not attempt them without the supervision of a counsellor or doctor.
DO NOT pay extortionate prices for Cambridge diet items on Ebay, apart from the fact that the sellers are UNAUTHORISED it can be very detrimental to your health and purse!
