Just a quick heads up on the recently released Lewis Hamilton 1:18 "first win" special edition diecast by Hot Wheels/Mattel.

This model IS NOT an accurate replica. It DOES NOT feature the correct aerodynamic updates that the actual car has. Quite frankly it is a disgrace that this model has been released like this.

One of the biggest diecast retailers has removed this item from sale due to it's lack of authenticity. I strongly advise anyone who hasn't already bought this model to keep it that way. The only way Mattel will learn that they can't get away with this is to stop buying their diecast 'replicas'.
