Buying a conservatory is a big decision for some people, knowing what they want isn't the issue in most cases but where to buy it from. A few things to keep in mind are:-
1. Look around on E-bay, newspapers or ask freinds and family to get a rough idea of pricing, that way you can get some idea of cost so you know when you have salesmen in your house automatically you will know if you are getting ripped off or not.
2. When "the salesman " is in your house make sure you look at portfolios of previous work (if the company are proud of what they do they will show it) dont just look at brochures, they all look very nice and pretty but don't show what you are getting for your hard earned.
3. Get a few quotes before deciding, from big companies to smaller companies then you will know who you can trust. If one particular company is pushy you will soon find out, if another has said his bit and left you to make the decision it would probably make you feel more relaxed.
4. DONT SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE UNTIL YOU ARE SURE. The company will only be too glad to come back and sign the paperwork.
