Here is one tip for those that use far too much elbow grease when cleaning greasy pans....

Add a table spoon of soap powder or an egg cup amount of detergent liquid to your pan,oven tray or pot add hot water leave for 30mins-1hr and rinse with a cloth... this is great for oven/grill racks..the grease slides right off at the very worst very light scrubbing is needed if any.
