A TRUSTED & EXPERIENCED eBay SELLER or  a FEEDBACK SCAM ???

As an eBay buyer you nearly always use the feedback system as a way of finding out that the seller you are buying from has top quality items and provides a great service. If the seller has lots of negative feedback then am sure (like me) you look elsewhere !

However, there are a number of untrustworthy eBay sellers out there that have built up an impressive feedback rating in hardly no time at all ... a positive feedback rating that has been deliberately "engineered" to lead buyers into a false sense of security !!!

It is essential, therefore, that you check exactly how that "positive feedback" has been achieved.

A good example of this are sellers who sell hundreds of "e-books" or hundreds of small "low price" items such as stickers. They then switch their selling tactics to offering luxury items such as games consoles, TVs and laptops. Potential buyers often just assume that this is what the seller always sells ... happy with the suggestion that the seller has gained lots and lots of recent positive feedback they click to bid or buy and part with their hard earned money !!!

What happens next ??? The item does not arrive and the seller is "no longer registered" with eBay ... meaning any chance of getting your money back has gone.

This feedback scam goes on all the time ... and is used by those wishing to present an image of experience through cleverly created positive feedback.

If in doubt read through a few pages of the sellers feedback ...

 and if something seems too good to be true ... it usually is !!!
