This album is a classic. Forget their later rubbish like Uncle Sam, Yesterdays Men, Wings of a Dove, Waiting for the Ghosttrain etc. This album at the time was the most played in households in1982. With their first 12 hits from The Prince to House of Fun, every tune is nutty and well known. There are 4 other tracks, well known to madness nuts and are all brill. The name of the band Madness (a Prince Buster tune}Take it or Leave it (the name of their film) In The City (from a Japanese car ad and also the B side of Cardiac Arrest) and my fave Madness tune................. Bed & Breakfast Man. All 16 tracks are superb and put "Divine Madness" (their best of) to shame.
