Will I ever learn, sent a really well packaged item to Finland, triple cardboard box, contents wrapped in large bubblewrap, fragile marked tape all over it, and they still managed to totally destroy the contents!, lost the item for 5 days, then back on tracking. Buyer sent pictures of the package, and looks as if it's been dropped from a great height, This was a 1970's B & O turntable that I had owned from new, sent to Finland by DHL, didnt realise Interparcel used them!, had insured for £250 paying the extra cost for insurance. They are now asking for original invoice for evaluating?, does this matter and do they expect me to have the invoice after 20 odd years?
