DHL in general and DHL using agents. Dont Use agents : eBay Guides

DHL are probably the worst courier, from my experience, in customer care and dependable pick up or delivery. They now also use contracted agents on Ebay for discounted delivery, ie wheel delivery etc. DHL and their agents are not recommended for use. If you buy a delivery through either DHL direct, or through one of the many contracted agents on Ebay, and your wheels go missing, DHL completely wash their hands of your loss!. They say you have to go through the agent, but if agent doesnt respond to your emails for insurance, youve no recompense. Found that TNT or Fedex much more customer focused. DONT USE DHL
