hi i am writing this guide to warn people a bout buying blocked or barred mobile phones because of something i have recently purschased well here goes basically it is against the law to have a blocked / barred mobile phone in your possion as 99% of the time they are stolen if you are found by the police to have a blocked / barred mobile phone in your possion you could be finding yourself fascing a fine the more you have the bigger the fine the reason y i wrote this review is i buy lots of joblots of mobile phones broken / spares or repair phones off of ebay and a lot of people are passing the blocked ones off as faulty by either putting a code on them or removing the battery and saying untested as no battery when they know they are blocked so mobile phone buyers becareful ok.
