I was dreading organising a courier to pick up my ebay win of a lovely new sofa and it was a shot in the dark that I found the right courier. Communication was great and organisation efficient , delivery was very swift and although it seemed at the last minute my new sofa would not fit through my doorway with their expertise and tactics it now sits proud in my lounge.
