Got a buyer that is taking ages to pay? Frustrated that you need the money now? try not to worry, and give the buyer the benefit of the doubt. I recently received an email from a buyer explaining that he has been having problems with his internet service provider and apologises that he has not be able to answer his email. I was sympathetic, and far from demanding payment, or threatening negative feedback I have left it up to him to pay the invoice as soon as he can. The morale of this guide is problems do arise, and before jumping the gun and issuing negative feedback or filing non-paying bidder forms give the buyer the benefit of the doubt.
