Summer vacation  is fast approaching a wonderful time of the year to spend with your loved ones and family.

 Styles are very flowery and pink and florals are definately back this spring. Lime green, lilac and pale pink are must have colours for Spring/Summer 2009.

Beauty styles this season 'the look' ranges from very soft , feminine and romantic. Smokey eyes and pink and paler colours, think back to the 80's the alternative 'look' is very retro, Rock Chick Supremo with loads of Shocking pink, florescent lime and lemon and Debbie Harry T-shirts everwhere!

Preparation before sun bathing is so important, I was very fortunate during my holiday to visit the Starwood Spa at the Sheraton in Sharm el sheik, which was wonderful!

 I had a salt rub and lymphatic drainage and a rose and milk facial also I used the wonderful hydropool which has salt from the Sinai mountains, it was a very spiritual experience and a time for relaxation to recharge the batteries and give a feeling of total well being.

Mind, body and spirit are so important, and after my self indulgence my skin was ready for a holiday tan, this spring and summer ensure to use a high protection factor cream or lotion for the face as you can always use a bronzer to look 'tanned' as sun damage is very ageing and we are all too aware of the dangers of skin cancer.
