You can see they have a few negatives or neutrals but you don't have hours to sift through thousands of comments to find the red & grey markers, signalling cautionary comments. You don't need to.

There is a tool available which will allow you to bring up all the Neutral & Negative Feedback only for any eBay user and it won't cost you anything. It will, however, save you heaps of time. Ebay doesn't allow direct links to external URLs so I can't provide a direct link here. You're going to have to go to Google and type toolhaus into the search window. The first link which comes up is the direct link you want! Click on it and away you go! It has other search functions too so you might want to check out the other useful features on that site.
