This is the system I use for producing my labels, I have XP but it may work in earlier versions of Windows. It saves having to write out lots of labels by hand if you don't wish to print sticky labels.

First of all open a Word document and save it as e-bay labels. At the start of a day open it and each time somebody pays you, copy and paste their names and addresses onto it and save each time. I also print off the details of each transaction onto A4 paper.

At packing time go to EDIT, SELECT ALL and highlight all of your addresses. Now change the text to a larger size, I use Comic Sans Serif 12. Then FORMAT, CHANGE CASE and change all addresses to upper case.

Quickly go through the addresses tidying up customer errors etc and PRINT. You can then use scissors, but a cheap cutting mat makes the job more professional and when you have cut them, sellotape the labels onto your parcels.

When you are satisfied with your labels, go to EDIT, SELECT ALL and DELETE. At the end of the day close your document and reopen it the next day.
