Two weeks ago I purchased a pair of MK4 "GHD's" from a website found on e-bay, the ad said they were authorised dealers and the price including P&P £75.99 what a bargain! So I thought! They arrived (unbeknown to me from China!) minus the Hologramme and serial number, I sent an e-mail requesting these then I said I wanted to return the item as they didnt heat up or give the glossy finish you expect from genuine GHD's they said fine send them back to a different address onwhat was on the invoice, Paypal cant help me, and GHD say anything from China are FAKES so they cant help me,  I have been advised to report this to the Police as a civil matter, from my credit card company. I am at a loss whether to send them back and hope they will give me a refund or take the matter to the police. I have since purchased a pair for ££99.00 from an authorised seller they arrived next day delivery and are purfect.
