Certainly majority of thse bags in reputable stores sell for a minimum of £500 each.Here are a few things that will point out 99% of the time that it is not an authentic bag. Then things you can do to confirm your suspicions.

1. Starting price of 99p ??? that would not buy the zip for an authentic designer bag. No one would risk their bag selling for £500 less than what they paid for it.... do some research , go to a large department store which sells these bags or look at their home site on the net and check the prices

2. Colours of a bag can also make a replica stand out a mile there are bags selling on Ebay in every colour of the rainbow but it does not mean that for example Chloe have ever made a paddington in shocking pink , again research before you buy.

Be aware of items that are selling  with a receipt ask questions about where and when it was purchased and how much for as receipts can be purchased online.
