I listed a motorcycle for auction August 2007.the bike sold to a guy locally in wigston for just over the asking price.when the chap showed up he could not stand on the motorbike without being on his tip toes which was not very safe and on top of this i had left parking brake light on so the battery had run flat.needless to say the transaction did not go ahead.I INFORMED EBAY AND REQUESTED A FINAL VALUE FEE. This appeared on my invoice in my accounts .i checked a day or 2 later and the final value fee had been reversed .I looked and then started to ask ebay why had the fees been reversed???

They told me i had reversed the final value fees,which i did not why would i ??

WELL THE MOST ANNOYING AND UNFAIR THING OF THIS TO ALL EBAY MEMEBERS IS THAT ALTHOUGH THROUGHMANY MANY EMAILS EBAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT RECOGNISES A PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED BUT THEY ARE UNWILLING TO RE-IMBURSE THE FINAL VALUE FEE OF £61.14( A LOT OF MONEY ) AS ONCE THE FVF FEE HAS BEEN REVERSED THERE IS NOTHING ELSE EBAY CAN DO ...THEY CAN STILL KEEP MY MONEY THOUGH !!!!!!!! .I NEVER REVERSED THE FVF FEE AND LOST MY FEES SO BE VERY AWARE IF THE FVF FEE GETS REVERSED AND LETS FACE IT IT CAN BE REVERSED BY EBAY THEY DO HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT INFO,YOU WILL NOT GET ANY HELP.I AM GONNA TAKE THIS FURTHER WHY SHOULD THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND NOT EVEN ADDRESS THE ISSUE.I EVEN GOT THE BUYER TO SEND A MESSAGE TO SAY HE DIDNT BUY IT IN THE END. VERY VERY WRONG OF EBAY AND UNWILLING TO LISTEN BUT TOTALLY A UNFAIR FLAWED SYSTEM AND NON ADJUSTABLE YET THEY STILL KEEP THE FEES ,COME ON A LITTLE BIT CROOOKED SHOULD BE MORE USER FRIENDLY.
