I would suggest to Ebay that the seller of an item having received full payment from buyer should enter seller feedback BEFORE receiving feedback from the Buyer. The buyer is not always in a position to enter the truth of the transaction for fear of retaliatory action from Seller! Maybe Ebay could lock the buyer feedback until Seller feedback has been entered.
