Milkshakes

Choco Choc Milk Shake
3oz (80g) Chocolate ice cream
25oz (75ml) Cold water
19oz (56ml) Routin Chocolate syrup
6 oz (165g) crushed ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender on high speed for 10 seconds
Pour into a 12oz (35cl) glass

Chocochia
3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
2/3oz (2cl) Routin 1883 Chai Tea Concentrate
1/3oz (1cl) Routin 1883 Chocolate syrup
5oz (15cl) milk
Whipped cream
Cocoa powder for dusting

Combine syrups, ice cream & milk in a blender
Pour in to a glass & top with whipped cream & dust with cocoa powder.



Cappuccino Ideas

Cappuccetto
1/2oz (1,50cl) Routin 1883 Amaretto syrup
2oz (6cl) Espresso
3oz (9cl) Cold milk
Cocoa powder to dust

Pour the syrup & milk into a steaming pitcher
Steam & foam the milk & syrup mixture
Pour the espresso into a 8oz (24cl) cup
Add the steamed milk, top with the dense flavoured foam.
Garnish with the cocoa powder & serve.

Cappuccinut
1/2oz (1.50cl) Routin 1883 Hazelnut syrup
2oz (6cl)Espresso
3oz (9cl) Cold milk
1 shaved hazelnut for garnish

Pour the syrup & milk into steaming pitcher
Steam & foam the syrup & milk mixture
Pour the espresso into a 8oz (24cl) cup
Add the steamed milk mixture, top with the dense flavour foam.
Garnish with the shaved hazelnut & serve


Carachaiccino
1/3oz (1cl) Routin 1883 Chai Tea Concentrate Syrup
1/6oz (0,5 Routin 1883 Caramel syrup
1 shot of espresso
Steamed & foamed milk

Pour the syrups & the espresso into a cup
Add the steamed milk, stir & serve

Chai & Cherry Cappuccino
1/3oz (1cl) Routin 1883 Chai Tea Concentrate
1/3oz Routin Cherry syrup
3 1/2oz (10cl) milk
1 shot of espresso

Pour the Chai & milk into steaming pitcher.  Syeam & foam the milk mixture
Pour the Cherry syrup & espresso into a cup.
Add the steamed milk mixture, stir & serve.


Cinnamon Dryccion
1/2oz (1.50cl) Routin 1883 Cinnamon syrup
2oz (6cl) espresso
3oz (9cl) Cold milk
Ground Cinnamon for dusting

Pour the syrup & milk into a steaming pitcher
Steam & foam milk mixture
Pour the espresso into a 8oz (24cl) cup
Top with the flavoured foam & dust with ground cinnamon.

Nightwish
1/3oz (1cl) Routin 1883 Tiramisu syrup
1/6oz Routin 1883 Vanilla syrup
Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 espresso
Hot foamed milk

Pour the syrup into a cup containing the espresso
Add hot & foamed milk
Dust with cocoa powder & serve.


Sweet Cherryccino
1/4oz (0.75cl) Routin 1883 Butterscotch syrup
1/4oz (0.75cl) Routin Cherry syrup
Steamed milk
1 shot of espresso

Pour the espresso into a 8oz (24cl) cup
Add the syrups & stir
Fill with steamed milk & serve.



Cocktails & beers

Amarena
1oz (3cl)Routin 1883 Amaretto syrup
1/4oz Routin 1883 Cherry syrup
Light draft beer

Pour the syrup s into a 16oz glass
Fill with light draft beer & serve


Rum Spice & fruits
Crushed ice
3 scoops of coconut sorbet
1/2oz (1.5cl) Routin 1883 Chai syrup
4oz (12cl) Banana juice
1 1/2oz (5cl) Orange juice
1 1/3oz (4cl) white rum

Combine the ingredients in a blender for 10 seconds
Pour & serve.
