Believe it or not, but it is possible to get a free domain name for life - and it's easy. What companies have come to realise is that many people

Easy to remember.

Go to www.co.cc : You guessed it, it free. An example would be: YOUWEB.co.cc
Easy to remember.

Go to www.dom.ir : It's also free and it's perfect if you're situated in Ireland. Example: YOUWEB.dom.ir


Of course you would like free web hosting, that is free of advertisements and spam.
I think 000webhost is the best. No advertisements, 100GB transfer, 10GB webspace, PHP and Database support. This company has been
operating for 7 years and has built quite a reputation.


Of course this can't replace the more well known .com, it will still serve an excellent base for beginners for personal use; such as blogs or forums.
