Following on from the report on 1d blacks and 2d tuppeny blue forgeries everyone should be alert to the ever growing number of sellers on Ebay off-loading, what is, essentailly, rubbish. If you see an item which appears to be a bargain then it almost certainly is not. One generally gets what one pays for. For example, if a seller is happy to get GBP £5K for an unmounted mint £5 Orange on Ebay, when he / she could sell it to a reputable dealer for a lot more (a genuine article would probably sell for GBP £10K+) the question has to be asked, doesn't it. If it looks too good to be true then it probably isn't.
