Gift Vouchers and credit notes : eBay Guides

BE VERY CAREFUL! I was scammed quite nicely with buying gift vouchers.  Sellers get themselves a little bit of good feedback (sometimes!) and off they go!  No vouchers no refund and no comeback.  Their paypal account is empty and you have no comeback at all.  Is it really worth the risk?  Never again!  I would NEVER buy vouchers on Ebay and I would certainly not pay mega bucks for any item unless the seller was registered forever and had feedback in the hundreds or thousands!
