FAKE YU-GI-OH CARDS

There are quite a few ways of identifying a fake yu-gi-oh card.

1)  Real cards will have a square hologram in the bottom right corner of the card.  This hologram has the eye of anubis logo and the words "yu-gi-oh" on it. Most 1st editions and limited edition card have a gold hologram in the bottom right corner where as the others will be a silver hologram.  But this is not always the case.  A fake card might be missing this or have a different picture on it.

2)  The hologram on the bottom right corner of the card should be so thin that you can't feel it if you rub your  finger across it.  If you can feel it then the sticker might have been glued on and may be fake.

3)  On the back of the yu-gi-oh card in the top left it should have the konami logo and yu-gi-oh on the bottom right corner.

4)  The feel of the card might feel different may be thinner, shiny or even waxy. Which could mean you have a fake card.

5)  The picture on the card may be fussy or the words may be different or have different colours then should be on the card this is another way of telling.

6)  Some fake rare and super rare cards may have a dull picture on them.  I have seen even the gold writing and picture have a sandy feel to them these are fake cards too.

7)  There are no such things as an authentic chinese card they have never been made apart from fake ones so if anyone trys to sell you any please do not buy them.

8)  Cards like the God cards are very good cards therefore worth al ot of money.  So should not be sold cheep if you see them going for what you think as a cheep price think to yourself if that price is a bit to good to be true you might find that it is.

9)  Another way of telling if you have a fake card is that they can have spelling mistakes sounds silly but its true for example ELEMENTAL HERO NEOS i have seen with E-HERO NEOS. This is a fake.

10)  Some fake cards even have the wrong picture for the title of the card.  An example of this was a card i see the title was RED EYES BLACK DRAGON but the picture was of RED EYES DARKNESS DRAGON.
